At Insight Strategy Advisors, we do not sell "canned"
products or "off the shelf" solutions. Although some questions
that our clients ask us are similar, the answers and recommendations
that we develop are based on the deep industry, market, and therapeutic
area knowledge and experience that our people possess. The members
of our Project Teams are selected based on how well their experience
maps to our clients' specific needs.
Questions that we ask prior to creating a Project Team include:
- Does the person have experience working in this specific
market/therapeutic area or a related market/therapeutic area?
- Does this person have experience working on similar projects?
- Does this person have experience with the types of analyses
required to address the client's needs?
The roles that project team members play on various projects are
defined by the following positions:
Analyst/Senior Analyst
An Analyst or Senior Analyst is highly skilled in all aspects of
primary and secondary research. All Analysts are experienced in
primary research survey tool design as well as interview execution
techniques. Our Analysts are also experts at identifying and analyzing
the appropriate data sources that a project requires. Analysts typically
have an advanced science/Masters in Public Health educational background
and have prior experience in market research and data analysis.
Associate Consultant
An Associate Consultant at ISA has acquired exceptional skills in
primary and secondary research resulting from extensive industry
and/or consulting experience. Each Associate Consultant also possesses
specific areas of deep therapeutic area understanding as well as
extensive consulting experience working across a broad range of
projects. Associate Consultants leverage this collective experience
to provide insight into the project as to the implications of key
findings for the client. Our Associate Consultants typically have
a science undergraduate degree and/or a postgraduate degree.
Consultant/Senior Consultant
A Consultant at ISA has acquired the skills and relevant experience
to lead and manage client engagements. Think of our Consultants
as the "go to" people with regard to a particular project.
Each Consultant has developed exceptional analytical and strategy
consulting skills and ensures that the Project Team is focused on
the issues that matter most for our clients.
Engagement Manager
An Engagement Manager at ISA not only has exceptional analytical
and strategy consulting skills, but they also possess expert-level
understanding of several therapeutic areas and/or various aspects
of the commercial development process. Engagement Managers have
distinguished themselves as leaders and are expected to regularly
provide hands-on assistance to each Project Team to ensure the recommendations
being developed are actionable and focused.
