Why ISA?
The firm’s commitment and enthusiasm for healthcare and pharmaceuticals was evident from the first interview. My co-workers were dedicated healthcare strategy consultants, and I was surrounded by MBAs, MDs, MPHs, whose academic and professional focus had been within the healthcare sector for years. Everyone brought a different perspective, whether it be as a former sales rep, former marketer, or former practicing physicians.

Most Valuable Skill Learned at ISA
One of the most valuable things that I learned at ISA was the power of collective thinking and brainstorming. We would schedule group brainstorming sessions and all members of the team were asked and expected to contribute, no matter what their job title. All parties at the table could provide their perspective and a new way to present data, capture the essence of a strategic insight, and ultimately, positively impact the quality of our deliverables.
