HARRY G. SCHIAVI
President & CEO

Harry Schiavi is Co-Founder of Insight Strategy Advisors and is also President and CEO. He has spent his entire 20 year professional career in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device industry. He is experienced in several aspects of product commercialization ranging from pre-commercialization planning and opportunity assessment, product marketing, access and reimbursement strategy, account management, and innovative sales strategy development and execution. He has held industry leadership and advisory roles in several therapeutic areas including cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, dermatology, urology, and oncology.

Immediately prior to co-founding Insight Strategy Advisors, Mr. Schiavi was a Vice President at True North Partners where he provided commercial development advisory services and interim management solutions to the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device industry. Mr. Schiavi also held various marketing and sales positions in cardiovascular, gastrointestinal and urology products for Merck Sharp and Dohme and Astra Merck.

Mr. Schiavi holds a Bachelor of Arts from Davidson College in North Carolina.
